1. Delivery Coverage

Currently, Click Bazar delivers only within Punjab, Pakistan.

Orders outside Punjab are not accepted at the moment. We will notify our customers if delivery expands to other provinces in the future.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be dispatched and delivered the same day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next day.

In case of exceptional situations (public holidays, bad weather, or courier strikes), delivery might take longer. Customers will be notified in case of any such delay.

3. Shipping Charges

A flat delivery fee of PKR 200 will be charged on all orders regardless of order size or weight.

Currently, free shipping is not available.

4. Payment Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Punjab.

Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid inconvenience.

Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully packs and dispatches it through trusted courier partners.

Customers will receive a confirmation call or message once the order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Currently, tracking numbers may not be available for all orders, but customers can contact our support team for order status updates.

In future, Click Bazar aims to provide online order tracking for customer convenience.

7. Delivery Exceptions

Delivery might be delayed due to:

Natural disasters, bad weather, or road conditions.

Courier company delays or strikes.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

In such cases, our team will immediately update you regarding the new delivery timeline.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact details to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

If the courier is unable to reach the customer due to wrong contact number or address, the order may be cancelled.
